Marketing/Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, videos, and written content tailored to our target audience.
• Ad Management: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships with our audience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing, preferably in fashion or related industries.
• Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.), social media management, and analytics tools.
• Creativity: Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
• Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Understanding of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and influencer marketing is a plus.
