Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum.
- Assess students through assignments, tests, and exams, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a conducive learning environment through effective classroom management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the mathematics curriculum.
- Engage in continuous professional development to improve teaching methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students' progress and behavior.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Location: Ada George Area, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
