Mechanical Design Engineer
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving steel structures and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the steel fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating detailed 2D and 3D designs.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with structural analysis, stress testing, and mechanical simulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to steel structures (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).
