Job Summary
The successful candidate shall be tasked to oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for marine vessels and the necessary shipyard equipment, ensuring all work is performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable maritime standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities on the client’s marine vessel and the necessary shipyard equipment.
- Oversee the repair and servicing of mechanical equipment, including propulsion systems, pumps, and generators.
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to maritime safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or, relevant technical certification with practical experience in mechanical maintenance with supervisory skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in mechanical maintenance techniques and tools used in marine vessels.
Additional skills:
- Previous experience in shipyard, oil and gas, or offshore projects.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques.
