We are seeking a talented and creative Media and Videography Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.


The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and proficiency in media production tools.


Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that align with company goals.

- Operate and maintain video, photography, and audio equipment.

- Capture high-quality images and videos at events, meetings, and product launches.

- Edit raw footage to create compelling video content, incorporating music, voiceovers, graphics, and special effects.

- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.

- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance content production.

- Ensure all media content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.

- Assist in live streaming and virtual event production when needed.

- Perform other media-related tasks as assigned.


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience with social media content creation and optimization.

- Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording techniques.

- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus (Adobe After Effects preferred).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and storytelling abilities.

- A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

- Familiarity with live streaming software and equipment.
