Job Summary
As the Media Buyer & PR Specialist, you will be at the heart of our agency’s media and public relations efforts. You’ll plan and execute media strategies, negotiate media placements, and ensure our clients’ brands shine through impactful billboard campaigns, publications, TV and radio ads, and activations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategically source and negotiate placements for billboards, TV ads, and radio spots.
- Develop and manage media plans to meet client goals and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports.
- Coordinate publications, ensuring timely and effective delivery of press materials.
- Foster relationships with media outlets to maximize client exposure.
- Draft and distribute press releases, ensuring alignment with client and agency goals.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver high-impact experiential campaigns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on media and PR strategies.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality and impactful campaigns.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, working with creative teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver high-impact experiential campaigns.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in media buying and public relations within the advertising industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of media trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software is an added advantage
