Responsibilities:
Content Creation (Video):
- Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality video content with the team, showcasing properties, client testimonials, market updates, and company events.
- Develop creative video scripts and storyboards.
- Manage video production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Stay up-to-date with current video trends and best practices.
Content Creation (Text):
- Write engaging and informative blog posts, articles, social media captions, website copy, property descriptions, and marketing materials
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique features and benefits of our properties.
- Optimize written content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all written materials.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and create engaging content calendars.
- Interact with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Participate in networking events and industry gatherings.
Other Duties:
- Stay informed about the real estate market and industry trends.
- Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
