Job Summary
BiTech Medical Ltd is looking for talented Medical Sales Representatives to promote our biomedical products and engineering services to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical institutions across Nigeria. As a key member of our sales team, you'll identify business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Promote the sales of biomedical products, biomedical engineering services, including equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support).
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields is preferable but not essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria's healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel (50%).
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.( added advantage)
- Certification in sales or marketing.
- Experience with CRM software.
