We are on a mission to revolutionize access to healthcare, and we’re looking for a Medical Sales Representative who is ready to hit the ground running.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Sales Growth: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Effectively cover assigned territories, engage healthcare professionals, and drive product sales.
  • Product Promotion & Relationship Building: Conduct presentations, provide product information, and distribute product samples to build trust and credibility.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Convert leads into long-term customers and expand our reach in the healthcare space.
  • Market Intelligence & Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with marketing to develop and implement brand strategies that ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Ethical Sales Practices: Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.


Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • You have a strong industry network and can leverage connections to drive results.
  • You are a goal-oriented self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can adapt to change.
  • You are tech-savvy and open to leveraging digital tools for sales and engagement.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.
