Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach structured mental math techniques that enhance students' speed and accuracy in arithmetic.
- Guide students through progressive learning levels, ensuring mastery of concepts before moving forward.
- Provide individualized support, fostering confidence and independence in solving math problems.
- Monitor and assess students' performance through regular practice and feedback.
- Encourage a disciplined, self-learning approach, helping students become independent problem-solvers.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in math instruction with a focus on mental calculation techniques
- Ability to teach step-by-step arithmetical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using structured learning methods
- Experience working with students aged 5-17 years
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Strong ability to motivate and instill discipline in young learners
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (preferred).
