Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Supervisor at Joe Faraday Limited in Lagos. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, site inspections, facility management, plumbing, and building maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Site Supervision, Site Inspections, and Facility Management (FM) skills
- Experience in Plumbing and Building Maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Relevant certifications or training in MEP systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Real Estate or construction industry is a plus
