Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing, and integrations for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM system components.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
- Experience with configuring DevOps Pipelines (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) in Power Platform environments.
- Deploy and Upgrade/Update Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience with configuring On-Prem Power BI gateways.
- Manage all levels of system administration support for all Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications.
- Monitor the performance of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Assist in maintaining Power Platform licenses, user access, and security roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of Azure Administration.
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand and gather requirements to design and develop modifications and extensions to Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform, with web/app server deployments and operations including IP, HTTP, HTTPS, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, performance tuning, etc.
- Experience optimizing systems performance, troubleshooting systems problems, and analyzing usage and systems load issues of a highly technical nature.
- Experience in the administration/configuration of monitoring tools (SCCM/SCOM/NAGIOS/ETC)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent.
- Strong experience configuring, maintaining, monitoring, auditing, and administering Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience configuring, maintaining, monitoring, auditing, administering, and deploying solutions to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience configuring DevOps pipelines for Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure administration.
- Systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform, with web/app server deployments and operations.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in speaking and in writing.
