Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mid-Level Associate at Deal HQ Partners. The Mid-Level Associate must have the capacity to work on a diverse range of corporate commercial transactions, manage client engagement, lead commercial negotiations, and supervise teams.
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years post-call corporate commercial experience.
- Core transaction experience in 2 or more of the following practice areas: Real Estate & Construction, M&A, ESG, Africa Trade, Technology Innovation & Data Privacy, Capital Markets & Derivatives, Climate/ Clean Energy &Sustainable Finance, Private Equity, Corporate Concierge Services.
- Strong Legal Research Competency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
