GW Lifestyle Ltd is a dynamic and innovative interior design firm seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Architect to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Interior Architect to work on interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent design skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Technical:

• Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and documents for interior design projects
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior design elements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Project Management:

• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Participate in design meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Professional Development:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in interior architecture or design

• Technical skills:
•     Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD
•     Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and others
•     Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
