Responsibilities
· Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
· Data Management: Manage and analyze large datasets related to campaign performance, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
· Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise within the programmatic ecosystem, working closely with IT and engineering teams.
· Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners involved in programmatic advertising.
· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
· Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., account management, creative, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising operations or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including real-time bidding (RTB), data management platforms (DMPs), and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with specific programmatic platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk).
· Knowledge of digital advertising measurement and attribution methodologies.
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
