The Harvesters Internship Program (HIP)is positioned as a project that will attract, prepare and shape future talents for challenging, rewarding core ministry and professional careers within Harvesters and other organizations.

Job Description/Requirements
Training Highlights:
- It would be a hybrid program – Classroom Training & On Job Learning, this means that they will be trained on Wednesday in the classroom and rotate working in the office on Thursday and Friday
- Each participant would have to go through the Core Departments of the Organization/Ministry.
- Each participant is expected to be in the office thrice a week (Wednesday to Friday, Sunday will be for service).
- There would be book review Sessions, Projects, Coaching, and Mentoring as well as a period assessment, about the objectives of the program.
- Each participant must belong to one team/group.
