Mixologist / Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other beverages to customers.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and juicers to ensure high-quality drink preparation.
• Engage with customers, recommend drink options, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients, garnishes, and bar supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems with accuracy.
• Experiment with new drink recipes and stay updated on industry trends to enhance the beverage menu.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency in drink quality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and positive work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure responsible alcohol service where applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience in cocktail making, juicing, or beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, blenders, and juicers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail in drink presentation and hygiene.
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
