Mixologist/Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Providing a positive and excellent guest experience.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of bar items.
• Organising and maintaining the bar area neatly and decently to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
• Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
• Plan and present bar menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
• Develop new cocktail recipes.
• Take inventory, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

• Reasonable working experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to prepare a variety of cocktails.
• Minimum of SSCE certificate.
• Ability to assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certificate (if necessary).
• An eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
