Mixologist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide recommendations to guests on beverage pairings, ensuring a memorable drinking experience.
• Maintain knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Room Service Delivery:
• Accurately take and process beverage and food orders for room service in a timely manner.
• Ensure the prompt and professional delivery of beverages and menu items to guest rooms, maintaining high standards of service.
• Set up and present trays or trolleys according to room service standards.
• Handle guest requests or complaints in a polite and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Inventory Management and Bar Maintenance:
• Ensure the bar and room service beverage station are well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team for restocking needs.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations regarding food and beverages.
• Guest Relations:
• Engage with guests in a warm, welcoming manner, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Keep abreast of guest preferences, providing personalized service where possible.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen and room service teams to ensure smooth coordination between food and beverage orders.
• Assist in training junior staff or new hires in cocktail preparation and room service standards as needed. 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
