Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Mobile Application Onboarding Specialist for our client, a service provider ecosystem and gig platform. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for customer and client onboarding. The role will involve utilising clear communication skills to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients (mostly artisans and service providers).
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential app users in their geographic (or online) locations.
- Use effective selling techniques to convince and onboard new users.
- Leverage partnerships with trade associations and cooperatives to scale user acquisition.
- Explore strategic offline activations such as trade fairs and market visits to drive awareness.
- Guide users in downloading the app, filling out the registration form, and how to upload photos of their work.
