Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our cutting-edge mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring high-quality user experiences and adherence to best practices.
• Take a lead role in the architecture, design, and development of mobile app features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and maintainability. Implement effective testing strategies to identify and fix bugs, and optimize app performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Document architectural decisions, development processes, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain an up-to-date codebase.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the mobile app development landscape.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the mobile engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience building production ready mobile application development using Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in the Dart and Flutter.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mobile application development best practices, design patterns, and architectures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile applications with backend services.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile app development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with iOS and Android platform-specific capabilities and limitations.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with other mobile development frameworks (such as React Native) is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal mobile app projects are a strong plus.
