Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Modern Trade Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for achieving set sales performance goals for the region and team daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Modern trade store and partner management across assigned area/ territory.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures for the area
- Listing of products in modern trade store
- Management/ownership of all trade assets in the area
- Ensuring business goals are well managed by overseeing daily operations, managing budget, area expansion, and monitoring set performance objectives until completion.
- Provide leadership to the team, and area/territory partners. Also, evaluate the performance of the area and compile reports to give insight into the business.
- Manage all promotional opportunities and company assets given to your area/territory to generate a positive impact on the business which involves in-store execution or display that should be monitored on a daily, weekly, monthly.
- Controlling, and managing of talents in your team which involves termination, which policy must be followed
- Managing accounts in under coverage, which must be healthy and not more than 31 days ageing.
- Supervise and ensure the measurement of target work is done diligently and reported using any set format accurately.
- Motivate, supervise and guide subordinates in order to develop their potential and to improve their performance.
- Meet with trade partners to manage issues related to the company or brands.
- Step in for national modern trade manager when unavailable.
- Analyze area performance using data and implement a plan using insight from trade.
- Plan and organize meetings, and training for the team based on need.
- Objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of direct reports
Requirements:
- MBA, BSC, HND In a related field
- FMCG (3-5 years) must be currently working or must have worked in modern trade key account space
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office
- Good driving and repair skills
