Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and wholesalers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting and selling diaper and tissue products.
- Merchandising & Display: Ensure proper product placement, shelf stocking, and promotional displays in retail stores.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Order Processing & Follow-up: Facilitate orders, track deliveries, and ensure product availability in stores.
- Promotions & Customer Engagement: Implement sales promotions and in-store activations and educate customers on product benefits.
