Merchandise & Retail Coordinator (Online & Offline)
Job Description
The Merchandise & Retail Coordinator manages the merchandising strategy, stock, and sales for both the physical and online stores. They ensure brand consistency, maintain inventory levels, and drive sales through effective promotions and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for the physical and online merchandise store.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with suppliers.
- Oversee the physical store’s layout and customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Analyse sales performance and report findings to the Hospitality Director.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue generated from merchandise sales (online and offline).
- Inventory turnover rate.
- Customer satisfaction score for merchandise purchases.
- Accuracy of inventory records.
- Success of promotional campaigns (e.g., sales uplift).

Job description:
1. Social Media Management
a. Administrate, manage and assign roles on Social Pages
i. Facebook Admin/Instagram
ii. Tiktok
iii. X
b. Ensuring all contact details is up to date and relevant across all platforms, including contact details, addresses, promotions etc.
c. Ensure all channels are officially certified.
d. Develop content calendar at least 30 days ahead
e. Work with all departments to gather input for social calendar with other departments
f. Manage Bature Brewery Drive, ensure all content is organised, named and saved
2. Content Creation
a. Generate (personally, inhouse creative team or through service providers) all curated, on-the-fly and campaign content for social channels ensuring high standards of execution to brand guidelines
b. Reels: record, edit and finalise reels
c. Prioritise brand development, craft beer education and taproom
3. Strategy and Reporting
a. Contribute to Bature Brewery social media strategy and target setting
b. Develop paid ads strategy
c. Share all customer information to relevant departments heads
d. Provide a weekly update on social and marketing performance at Senior Management Team Meeting
e. Provide monthly report on KPIs, content plans and strategy implementation
4. Contractor Management
a. Create a Database of contractors on company drive,
b. Manage and ensure quality control of all service providers (contractors): photographer, graphic designers, film makers. Including building a database of service providers
