Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations and interact with staff as a regular customer
- Evaluate the quality of service, products, and overall customer experience
- Complete detailed reports on your experiences, including observations, conversations, and ratings
- Provide objective and unbiased feedback
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete online reports
- Minimum academic qualification: OND
- Not less than 20 years old
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Have a smart phone with the ability to take photos and videos
