Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nationwide sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for smartphone accessories.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our retail and distribution network.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other key partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Track team performance and ensure timely submission of daily and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in the smartphone accessories industry.
- Strong understanding of the mobile accessories market, distribution models, and retail channels in Nigeria.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
