Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their network architecture, security concerns, and pain points to identify the most suitable solutions.
- Solution Design and Presentation: Develop customized network and security solutions based on customer requirements, including product selection, configuration, and deployment strategies, and present them clearly to clients through compelling demonstrations and presentations.
- Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge of network security technologies like firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, and network access control to answer complex technical questions and address customer concerns.
- Proof-of-Concept (POC): Set up and manage proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions and address potential technical challenges.
- Sales Cycle Management: Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor offerings, highlighting the unique selling points of their company's network and security solutions to differentiate in the market.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers during implementation and ongoing maintenance phases to ensure the successful adoption of the solution.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network protocols, security concepts (firewalls, encryption, access control), cybersecurity, and SaaS platforms.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to build client relationships, deliver sales presentations, and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Awareness: Understanding of security trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, OSCP preferred.
