Job Summary
The Heart Institute of the Caribbean is the premier cardiac care center in the Caribbean, based in Kingston. Since opening in 2005, the institute has been dedicated to preventing and treating heart and blood vessel diseases using cutting-edge technology, research, and education. This role primarily involves outpatient duties with minimal inpatient responsibilities. The institute offers an attractive compensation package, including generous productivity and relocation allowances. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in Cardiac Amyloidosis research studies in collaboration with Yale University and other academic centers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating neurological disorders such as epilepsy, strokes, memory, and movement disorders.
- Performing procedures like EEG and other diagnostic tests.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
- Board certification or equivalent in Neurology
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, including epilepsy, strokes, memory, and movement disorders
- 1-3 years experience in conducting EEG and other diagnostic tests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals
- Commitment to staying current with medical and neurology trends
- Experience developing and leading a Neurology program is an advantage
