Job Summary

Propel Ease is looking for a HR Manager and Niche Strategist role who would be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while also identifying and developing strategies to target specific market niches.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Implement performance management processes and facilitate employee evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential niches and understand target audience behavior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and engage specific market segments.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored offerings for niche markets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of niche strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Generate reports on niche market performance and provide insights for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in niche marketing.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in market research or niche marketing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Experience with market research tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in niche marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
