Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing complaints or special requests promptly.
- Monitor and maintain security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Supervise night shift staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations efficiently.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the following day.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing nightly activities, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address urgent issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the night.
- Serve as the main point of contact for emergencies or escalated guest concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work overnight shifts and flexibility with scheduling.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols.
