Event Leader

Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including themed nights, live performances, DJ sets, and private parties.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee daily nightclub operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
• Guest Experience: Ensure a high-quality guest experience by managing crowd control, seating arrangements, and VIP services.
• Staff Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train nightclub staff, including bartenders, waitstaff, security, and DJs.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, local advertising, and partnerships with influencers.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for events, entertainment, and promotions, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Vendor Relations: Work with vendors, performers, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Innovation: Continuously seek out new trends in nightlife and entertainment to keep Magida at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in nightclub or event management, preferably in a high-energy environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the nightlife industry, including current trends in music, entertainment, and hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in marketing and event promotion is a plus.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
