Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, accessible explanations of complex NDT concepts and methods to trainees.
  • Mentor and support trainees throughout their learning process, offering guidance and feedback to ensure proficiency in NDT techniques.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their development.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive NDT training programs, including theoretical and practical components.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions with NDT equipment and techniques, ensuring practical skills are developed.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  • Organize and manage training schedules, ensuring that all sessions are conducted promptly.
  • Track and document trainee progress, performance, and certification status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to promote training programs and services.


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Certification in NDT methods (e.g., ASNT Level II/III, ISO 9712) is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in NDT, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role
  • Strong knowledge of various NDT methods, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for training sessions, client visits, or industry events as needed.
