Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated Nursery School Teacher to guide the early learning journey of children aged 3–5. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons through play-based learning, fostering curiosity, and building a strong foundation for lifelong learning. You’ll also be expected to maintain daily routines and collaborate with parents to ensure every child’s well-being and development.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood development.
- Use play-based and hands-on activities to teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social interaction.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and caring environment where children feel secure and valued.
- Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive peer interactions.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Manage daily classroom routines and transitions effectively.
- Maintain open communication with parents about children's development, behavior, and milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff development and school programs.
Requirements:
- NCE, B.Ed., or BSc in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year teaching experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
