Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and handle replenishment requests.
Requirements:
- Currently serving in the NYSC program.
- Living within Gwarimpa, life camp, Jahi or anywhere close to Banex
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
