Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations, procedures, and administrative tasks to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as necessary to avoid disruptions.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, phone calls, and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Monitor and manage office expenses, including budgeting and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Experience with HR functions and employee onboarding processes.
- Project management experience.
