Job Summary
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial role as the primary communication liaison between the Port Harcourt office staff and top management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Main communication point of contact within the Port Harcourt office staff and top management on a day-to-day basis.
- Direct management of office operations in consonance with the Accountant and Managing Consultant.
- Support the Accountant and the marketing staff with training arrangements and scheduling.
- Proactively suggest ideas for process improvement, sealing losses, and increasing income.
- Update existing policy documents and work with top management to formulate new ones.
- Ensure staff performance is monitored over set parameters
Requirements:
- HND in business administration or other related fields with significant post-qualification experience.
- Excellent written, verbal communication.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft suite applications, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom App, and Google Meet.
- Candidates must be emotionally intelligent.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is desirable.
