Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that inventory is stocked and orders are placed as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
- Support team members with special projects, research, and other duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and computers.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Experience with office management software or tools.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Customer service experience.
