We are looking for an Office Assistant to assist with daily administrative matters, optimize office processes, and support the efficient operation of various departments

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily office administrative affairs
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor reception to ensure smooth information transmission
- Maintain office equipment and supplies procurement to ensure a clean and orderly office environment
- Assist in organizing company contracts, invoices, and other documents, and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with team members and external partners
- Have good time management and multitasking skills
- Be careful and rigorous, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to proactively solve problems
