Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily office administrative affairs
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor reception to ensure smooth information transmission
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies procurement to ensure a clean and orderly office environment
  • Assist in organizing company contracts, invoices, and other documents, and ensure data accuracy


Requirements:

  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with team members and external partners
  • Have good time management and multitasking skills
  • Be careful and rigorous, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to proactively solve problems
