Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of administrative and office tasks
- Answering enquiries and performing secretarial functions
- Prepare, review, and distribute accurate documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documentation is filed and stored correctly for easy retrieval.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in any relevant field of study with three years’ experience with a good work ethic.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback.
- Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently but also follow the instructions.
