Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, or regulatory representatives and provide a positive first impression
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues and attending to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution.
- Clean and keep the office space/environment tidy
- Residency within Chevron and environs
- Assisting with various office activities to support the smooth running of daily operation
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintaining a positive and professional work environment
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
