Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Manage and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
- File, organize, and manage office documents both physically and digitally.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for maintenance.
- Run errands and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
