Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for engineering projects.
- Help organize and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or a related field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an engineering role or supporting engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administrative or office assistant roles is a plus.
