Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring that our office environment remains organized and efficient.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors, serving as a primary point of contact for the office.
- Scheduling and Organizing: Manage appointments, maintain staff calendars, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports, ensuring proper archiving of important files.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Support invoicing, billing processes, and the management of petty cash.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is tidy and that equipment is maintained; liaise with maintenance staff as needed.
- Project Assistance: Provide support for ongoing projects, including research and other administrative tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
- Customer Service: Assist clients or customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 -130,000 Monthly
