Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilites:

  • Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Draft, format, and manage correspondences, reports, and other official documents with high accuracy.
  • Manage calendars, set appointments, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Maintain office records and ensure data is properly stored and easily retrievable.
  • Assist with the use of digital tools, internet resources, and virtual platforms for daily tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle phone calls and manage email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support team members with document preparation, data entry, and minor research tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate.
  • Proven experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent typing skills with speed and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Strong internet navigation skills and comfort with digital tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team.
  • Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
