- Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and scheduling.

- Maintain office records and ensure data is properly stored and easily retrievable.

Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate.
- Proven experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent typing skills with speed and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong internet navigation skills and comfort with digital tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
