Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling enquiries and sorting mail
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in using office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling, copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management to keep track of office supplies.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills to schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
