Job Description/Requirements
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in using office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while greeting and assisting visitors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling, copying, scanning, and filing.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management to keep track of office supplies.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
