Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, capable individual as a Janitor who will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks and keeping the workplace clean, organized and disinfected. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Wash and clean windows and window blinds
- Maintain outdoor grounds and cut grass
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Janitor
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Good communication and hygiene
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
