The Office Manager, will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations within the North-Eastern states with a physical presence in Gombe State, managing a team of staff, and driving sales initiatives to generate revenue. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong leadership and business development skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations within the North-Eastern states where operational activities will be carried out.
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Drive sales of company products and services within the North-Eastern states.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Work closely with them to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales target.
  • Deliver world-class services to our customers, physically and virtually. 
  • Organize and lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate seed supply, keeping stock of seed products in the warehouse, and managing logistics/supply schedules.
  • Coordinate every domestic travel within the locations of business operation and manage office rental reservations.
  • Create presentations and other management-level reports as demanded around the business operations location.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Proven ability to strategize, negotiate, and close deals effectively, adapting various sales methodologies to the technology industry.
  • Ability to utilize CRM tools for managing customer interactions, tracking sales activities, and data analysis.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new products, strategies, and market shifts in a fast-paced tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with government agencies and sales processes within Gombe is an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills (a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess good knowledge of Gombe state and the local environs.
