Office Administration
- You will support portfolio companies in delivering various operational processes.
- You will coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- You will supervise administrative staff, ensuring performance and managing responsibilities.
- You will keep stock of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- You will develop and improve systems and processes to enhance capacity for delivering operational goals.
- You will identify and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) to improve the customer experience.
Facilities Management
- You will ensure smooth office and building facilities operations in coordination with the building manager.
- You will collaborate with the IT team to ensure infrastructure and processes meet staff needs.
- You will ensure adequate security for staff and the firm.
Procurement Management
- You will conduct and coordinate procurement, monitoring contracts, and vendor payments.
- You will serve as Secretary to the Procurement Committee and assist in developing relevant procurement processes and databases.
Protocol Support
- You will manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for key meetings and staff.
- You will build and manage relationships with relevant partners and contacts.
Relationship And Events Management
- You will support investor and investee-related events, including travel and hospitality arrangements.
- You will interface directly with external stakeholders to support key business functions.
Other Ad Hoc And Culture Building Support
- You will circulate weekly macro-economic updates.
- You will develop frameworks to codify and facilitate access to knowledge firm-wide.
- You will provide knowledge and secretariat support as needed.

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and roll out role-related initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management software (ERP, etc.).
