Job Summary

We are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of all administrative activity,  provides comprehensive administrative support 
  • In charge of organising and micro-managing all the activities of the office
  • Handle all communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare, review  and manage all legal documents, contracts and any other document issued by the company or received by the company
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state and federal regulations
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, contracts, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Oversee office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive’s office.
  • Bring fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance business processes, executive productivity, and team engagement



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced and structured environment.
  • Strong legal acumen and experience with contract management or compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
