Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all administrative activity, provides comprehensive administrative support
- In charge of organising and micro-managing all the activities of the office
- Handle all communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, review and manage all legal documents, contracts and any other document issued by the company or received by the company
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state and federal regulations
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, contracts, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive’s office.
- Bring fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance business processes, executive productivity, and team engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting , or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced and structured environment.
- Strong legal acumen and experience with contract management or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
