Job Title: Office Manager & Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, manage office supplies and petty cash, and support the executive team with administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a productive and positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Ensure the office operates smoothly by maintaining a well-organized workspace, coordinating facilities management, and liaising with service providers as needed.
- Supplies and Petty Cash Management: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and track office expenses to ensure budget alignment. Handle petty cash for office-related expenses, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliation.
- Executive Support: Work closely with the executive team, providing high-level administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Administrative Coordination: Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and maintain confidential files and documents.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities to support a positive and engaging office culture.
- Vendor Management; Liaising with vendors via phone and in person by making sure necessary remittances are promptly paid
Qualifications:
- Bsc or HND Business Administration, sociology, Psychology or any social science related course
- 2-3 years proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
